
Many changes in 2020!
We all have to admit that 2020 was a year of challenges and change. In fact, it appears that it could be the same for 2021.
For many this time of year it is very stressful. Many feel the strain of preparing for the holidays and others feel sadness and loneliness due to missing loved ones. With the current Covid variant, which seems to always change and uproot our lives, some family can not gather this holiday season or have even lost loved ones.
We especially have to be mindful of the elderly who can easily be forgotten in the rush of life.
For me personally, I have had made many positive health changes, and as a result that has brought many changes. Changes for the good but never the less change. During this time of getting healthy I have been absent on my blog site. Which is a shame. For blogging is a joyful thing for me, and even if no one reads it or sees it, I feel a need to do it.
So, my goal for 2021 is to change something I actually have control of; and that is to blog more frequently.
I will plan to share some of the changes I made in 2020 to get healthier with you and hopefully you will find it interesting.
Here is to 2021 and bring it on for I am ready!
