We are truly living in an uncertain time in our lives. 2020 has so far been challenging for many people all over the world.
For the first time, in a long time, people are all feeling the same concerns and worries. We have more in common than ever before.
It is at this time when we are reminded of the importance of our health and how those who live with chronic disease are truly vulnerable.
So besides eating healthy, social distancing, staying home, taking your vitamins, exercising, reducing stress, trying to not worry, etc it is easy to see why we would feel an uncertainty for the future.
But we must do our best to keep a positive attitude and to help and support one another. If anything positive comes from this virus is that humans are interacting more naturally, calling family and friends to check how they are doing, offering help through volunteering in extremely scary times, and neighbors are looking out for each other. They may even be meeting them for the first time.
Our phones and social media don’t seem as important.
Families are quarantined together, which for some can be stressful, but it offers us a time to reconnect in this busy world.
So hang in there, we will get through this and hopefully come through it with stronger family relationships and faith.
