Why now?
That is a great question.
If you had told me a year ago that I would be back in school to become a Naturopathic Practitioner, start a blog and have a website I would have said, “not me!” It all came to fruition when my friend Mary and I decided that we felt called to educate and help others take control of their health and lives. We both had our own health issues and through nutritional changes, we came to realize our bodies were wanting to restore themselves. We just needed to give the body what it needed.
I will be writing on various topics that I have learned in my Naturopathic Practitioner studies as well as topics that are relevant to current times. I am excited about this next phase of my life and hope you will join me on this journey.
